Good governance outlives its founders.

We keep the record of how families, companies and charities in Saudi Arabia and the UAE decide: every meeting, vote and signed minute, in Arabic and English, in their own country.

A board’s decisions are a family’s memory. When they live in WhatsApp threads and personal inboxes, that memory leaves with the phone. We give every board one record, kept in Arabic and English and in its own country, that the next generation can open and read.

Continuity

A decision should be as clear in twenty years as it was in the room. Every meeting, vote and signature is kept in order, for good.

Discretion

Board papers belong to the board. They stay off WhatsApp and personal email, carry the reader’s name, and never leave the country.

Your language, your law

Arabic and English as equals, the Hijri date beside the Gregorian, and the company law of Saudi Arabia and the UAE built in from the start.

A person in a white shirt signs board minutes on a tablet with a stylus at a dark wood table.

Signed by everyone who must sign. Then locked.

Agendas, packs, votes and minutes move through one cycle. When the chair, the secretary and the attending directors have signed, the minutes close, and every later attempt to change them is refused and logged.

Nawaar Family Holding’s contracts register: every contract with its status, owner, counterparty and renewal date.

Contracts, on the same record.

Requests, approvals, the board’s decision, signatures and every obligation afterwards, kept next to the board’s own minutes. One platform, two products: Board and Contracts.

Built around how your organisation is governed.

A family holding, a listed company and a charity are governed by different rules, by different people, under different eyes. The platform is set up around yours: the bodies you actually have, the law you answer to, the committees your articles name, and the language your directors read. Private companies in between get the same record, with less ceremony.

Family groups

The board, the family council and the general assembly, around one charter. Amendments are voted by the assembly and weighted by shares, and every family member confirms they have read the version in force.

Listed and Nomu companies

Audit and nomination committees as bodies of their own, board meetings counted against the law, interests declared on the item, and the record a listing, or a move up a market, asks you to show.

Non-profits

Board and assembly records in the form your regulator expects, elections with a clean trail, and written resolutions for the months the board cannot meet.

Hosted at home.

Saudi boards are hosted in Riyadh and Emirati boards in the UAE. Each organisation is kept apart, every device signs in on its own, and every view, vote and signature is on record.
