Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Kode by Kraft Ltd, company number 16798677, registered in England and Wales, which makes and runs Govuno. By using the website or the demo you accept them. If you use them for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms.

What they cover

They cover govuno.com and the public demo at governance-demo.kodebykraft.com. An organisation that becomes a customer is governed by the agreement we sign with it, which sets out the service, where its record is hosted, the fees and the support. That agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Information, not advice

The guides under Insights explain Saudi and Emirati company law and family governance in general terms. They are not legal advice, they are not a substitute for counsel who knows your organisation, and their article references are being confirmed by counsel. Laws change, and a guide is current to the date shown on it. Do not act on a guide without advice.

The demo

• Evaluation only. The demo exists so you can see how the platform works. It is not a service, and nothing done in it has effect outside it.
• Fictional. Nawaar Family Holding, its people, its meetings and its contracts are invented. Any likeness to a real organisation or person is accidental.
• Shared and short-lived. Other visitors can see what you enter, and the demo returns to its starting state every hour. Do not enter real names, documents, contract terms or anything confidential.
• No signatures. Signatures, approvals, votes and minutes made in the demo are simulations. They create no obligation and no record outside the demo.
• Fair use. Do not test the demo's security, load it with automated traffic, scrape it, or try to reach parts of it you were not given. If you want to run a security test, write to us first and we will arrange it.
• Our call. We may change, suspend or withdraw the demo at any time without notice.

Ownership

The Govuno name, the website, its design, text, images and software belong to Kode by Kraft Ltd or its licensors. You may read and print them, and quote short passages with a link to the page they came from. Anything else, including copying the site, the guides or the demo, or using the name, needs our written permission.

What we are not responsible for

The website and the demo are provided as they are. We do our best to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise that they will be, and we do not promise that the demo shows every feature a customer receives. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website, the guides or the demo.

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for what it says or does.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the website or the demo after a change means you accept it.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the website from Saudi Arabia or the UAE, nothing here takes away protection that the law there gives you.
